		<description>I love art like this. We have a guy here in NC who builds these enormous metal whirlygigs out of scrap metal. Dave Lane&#039;s work is very cool and beautiful. It would fit right in at the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore (a branch of the Smithsonian dedicated to this type of art).
